Registration and abstract submission
- Oral presentation abstracts will be reviewed by the organising committee (click here to submit an abstract).
- Poster abstracts will not be reviewed (click here to submit an abstract).
Abstract must be written in English. Presentations can be made in English (preferred) or French. The presentation materials (slides, posters, etc.) must be in English and display the logo of the Doctoral School to which the speaker belongs.
Oral presentations
In its choice of oral presentation, the committee seeks to enhance both the quality of the research and the clarity of the subject, while trying to cover different fields of physics.
Each oral presentation will last 10 minutes, plus 5 minutes for questions. Particular attention should be paid to the pedagogy and perspective of the subject in a more general context. The subject must remain accessible to a public of physicists who are not specialists in the field.
Posters
Posters will be exposed in two rooms next to the main amphitheater and time will be attributed for poster presentations and discussions during the breaks.
